Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror presented by Music Box Theater
The Music Box Theatre returns to its nostalgic silent film past!
On October 18th and 19th, 2019, The Music Box Theatre will host three showings of the 1922 classic silent horror film Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror accompanied live by The Curse of the Vampire Orchestra. This unique production was created by Minneapolis composer, Philip Shorey, and features a local symphony and choral musicians mixed with modern electronica and industrial percussion. The Curse of the Vampire Orchestra returns to the Music Box Theatre after selling out their 2018 American debut in Minneapolis and their European premier to more than two thousand people at the Slot Art Festival in Poland.
Showtimes: Friday – October 18th, 2019 @ 7:30pm and Saturday – October 19th, 2019 at 3:30pm & 7:30pm
Parking: If you are driving to the event, parking can be found along the street, at the Hyatt parking ramp or in the South lot. Buses (17, 18, 10, 11, 30) all run to the venue. We encourage biking because it is fun and good for everyone.
