“The Place Where You Dwell,” by Stephanie Claussen.
“The Place Where You Dwell,” (here performed without the voice part) conveys the text of Psalm 43 in an unassuming yet toe-tapping fashion. The first verse mirrors the psalmist’s low spirits, then moves forward in hopefulness as he calls out for help. In the second verse he reminds himself to praise God. The chorus celebrates his renewed jubilation and confidence in the Lord.
Send me your light and your truth,
let them guide me;
let them bring me to your holy mountain,
to the place where You dwell.
